Shipment: Blue Sky Courier accepts shipments based on the information and contents declared by the Sender.

Liability: Unless additional insurance is purchased, liability for loss or damage is limited to a maximum of $100, subject to applicable law.

Delays: Blue Sky Courier is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by customs, government authorities, weather, strikes, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Prohibited Goods: Weapons, illegal drugs, explosives, flammable materials, dangerous goods, and other prohibited items must not be shipped. The Sender is responsible for the shipment contents and accurate declaration.

Customs: Customs duties, taxes, inspections, penalties, and government charges are the responsibility of the Sender/Receiver unless otherwise agreed.

Insurance: Additional coverage, where available, may be purchased at $5 per additional $100 of declared value, subject to applicable coverage limits and terms.

Information We Collect: Blue Sky Courier may collect customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, addresses, shipment details, tracking information, payment-related information, enquiry details, and identity/KYC documents submitted for shipment processing.

How We Use Information: Information may be used for shipment booking, pickup arrangements, delivery, tracking, customer service, invoicing, customs processing, carrier requirements, fraud prevention, internal administration, and other operational purposes related to courier services.

Sharing of Information: Customer information is not sold. Information may be shared when reasonably required with carriers, customs authorities, government agencies, payment providers, service providers, or other parties involved in completing or supporting a shipment.

KYC and Identity Documents: Identity or KYC documents are intended for authorized staff use and shipment-related requirements. Access should be limited to personnel who require the information for legitimate operational purposes.

Data Retention: Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for shipment operations, legal or regulatory requirements, dispute handling, accounting, fraud prevention, and business records.

Security: Blue Sky Courier takes reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect customer information, but no internet or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
